We are seeking a detail-oriented Order Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the order processing operations and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of customer orders.

**Responsibilities:**

Manage and process incoming orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate with various departments to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
Utilize databases to track orders and update order status
Perform data entry tasks to input customer information and order details
Generate reports using Excel and pivot tables to analyze order trends
Maintain organized records of orders, invoices, and customer details
Communicate with customers regarding order status and updates
Assist in inventory management to prevent stockouts and delays

**Requirements:**

Proficiency in basic math skills for order calculations
Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel for data analysis
Ability to computerize data accurately and efficiently
Excellent typing speed for data entry tasks
Experience in data collection, transcription, and office tasks
Familiarity with databases for order tracking and management
