The ideal Pharmacy SME candidate will have a minimum of five years experience managing an in house pharmacy in a FQHC clinic. The candidate will provide technical expertise in start ups and expansions of clinics including staffing, productivity expectations, formulary management, drug purchasing and rebates and operations.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ARPA funding
- Excellent report development skills
- Operational assessment/evaluation
- Budget review, research, and analysis
- Ability to provide project-specific support with multiple Blue Stone projects and/or clients
- Significant experience and expertise in a Tribal government or Tribal enterprise
COMPENSATION: $75+/hour (Contracted rate is dependent upon demonstrated knowledge, skills, and abilities.)
