The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) - Practicing Physician will be instrumental in leading medical operations and strategy while concurrently delivering direct patient care. Key Responsibilities

- Provide medical insights and direction in developing programs that address health needs, particularly in the LGBTQ+ community.
- Supervise medical personnel, ensuring adherence to clinical guidelines, care standards, and regulatory obligations.
- Cultivate a collaborative and nurturing work environment by offering leadership and mentorship to medical staff.
- Perform evaluations and provide constructive feedback, identifying pathways for professional growth.
- Establish and uphold policies regarding medical practices, protocols, and procedures.
- Collaborate with executive leadership, board members, and external entities to articulate medical perspectives and interests.
- Oversee the budget and resources dedicated to medical operations.
