Required Skills:
- 1 year of professional office experience
- Strong data entry and typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of the rules governing Ombudsman investigations and assessments
- Ability to collect and analyses evidence
- Knowledge of basic investigative techniques, including writing accurate investigative reports
- Good organizational skills
