Compensation: $22-$30/hour, depending on experience
ES Clinical Research Group is a dynamic Site Management Organization based in Brooklyn, NY, dedicated to supporting Sponsors and CROs with top-notch clinical research sites and patients eager to participate in life-altering therapies. We specialize in multiple medical fields including neurology, cardiology, gynecology, surgery, oncology, pediatrics, geriatrics, mental health, and general health. Our services range from clinical trial management and staff training to regulatory document preparation and patient recruitment.
We are currently seeking a motivated Clinical Research Coordinator to join our team and assist in the conduct of clinical trials. If you’re passionate about clinical research and want to be part of a fast-growing, impactful organization, we’d love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and conduct informed consent processes with research participants.
- Ensure protocol adherence and proper documentation.
- Oversee clinical trials, including participant recruitment, scheduling, and data collection.
- Assist with clinical research activities such as site management, patient follow-ups, and communication with Sponsors.
- Maintain study documentation, including IRB submissions and regulatory documents.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure all studies are conducted in compliance with applicable regulations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
- At least 3 years of clinical research experience.
- Experience with clinical research and understanding of clinical trial protocols.
- Phlebotomy experience or certification preferred.
- Familiarity with regulatory procedures and IRB documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to travel to research medical offices within Brooklyn and Queens.
