Become part of a team providing excellent customer service and assisting injured parties with the scheduling and coordination of physical examinations and other needed ancillary services

Duties Include

Intake of IME and Peer Review Requests
Scheduling Examinations and services through the MyMedlogix proprietary software.
Coordinate with Physicians, claimants and attorneys to facilitate the examination.
Take appropriate steps to handle any cancellation, reschedules or re-evaluations.
Communicate with the adjusters via email and phone as well as thru our MyMedlogix proprietary software.
Prepare and distribute Exam Notification letters.
Handle phone calls and provide excellent customer service to patients, attorneys and adjusters with any questions about their examination.

Other job duties include:

Document the MyMedlogix system with notes when and where appropriate.
Document client portal with notes and upload documents where appropriate.
When required, request pre-payment for services via the finance department.
Coordinates ancillary services such as interpretation, transportation when requested and approved by the adjuster.
Coordinates depositions/testimony with physician offices and client attorney.
Attempt to reschedule services upon notice and when appropriate.
Handles and responds promptly to incoming calls, emails, bulletin board messages or faxes from physicians or clients requesting report status and/or information.

Requirements

Prior experience scheduling appointments, preferably in the medical field, is a plus.
Prior experience in a Physician's office is a plus.
Customer Service experience.
High School Diploma.
