Job Description
This role will be based in San Francisco Bay Area and New York.
At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
Global Communities, Engagements, & Experiences (GCEE) exists to connect the global talent community to talk about what works. That’s because the innovative programming we create for LinkedIn’s Talent Solutions customers helps talent leaders build trust, create connections, and drive business value. As a core component of this larger team, the Experiential content team focuses on what we talk about and why. This comes to life through designing conversations and content across all our 1:1 executive briefings, LEAD customer community engagements, and our Talent Connect franchise events in North America, including our annual Talent Connect Summit.
In addition, this role will own and lead executive briefings and meetings for LinkedIn’s largest Talent Solutions customers in our Bay Area Executive Briefing Centers. The Executive Engagement Program inspires and enables our executive customers to navigate complex challenges, connect to opportunity and realize possibilities through highly customized conversations and experiences. This position offers a unique and exciting opportunity to connect with leaders from the world's biggest companies, gain insight into LinkedIn's business and build meaningful relationships with our LinkedIn leadership team.
Responsibilities
- Sets strategy on a twice yearly and ongoing basis for content aligned to their audience and/or themes. As part of this, design content and conversations for specific audiences, and topics aligned to LinkedIn Talent Solutions marketing themes, industry trends, our thought leadership reports, and business goals.
- With a keen focus on advanced planning, own content for specific owned customer events and experiences, including executive briefings, high-touch executive customer communities, and our Talent Connect franchise events.
- Consistently develop relationships, credibility, and influence with internal resources, cross-functional stakeholders, executives, and subject matter experts. Able to effectively manage, inform, and influence senior leaders and executives across the business.
- Partner with colleagues across the GCEE and Integrated Marketing teams to ensure operational rigor and efficiency, while ensuring milestones and deadlines are consistently met to drive best-in-class programming forward.
- For executive briefings, be a trusted advisor for client needs and questions to ensure clients feel understood, engaged, and inspired by the process and outcomes.
- Plan the agendas for and facilitate executive briefings, aligned to the client’s specific objectives and needs.
- Lead speaker prep and briefing calls and manage speakers through the entire lifecycle of event.
- Agility to work at different altitudes, one minute drafting an executive email and another minute shaping a high-level strategy. See and navigate communication, logistical, and scheduling challenges.
- Support the growth, health, and strategic vision of the team.
- Potentially support different engagement activations across Talent Solutions including exec meetings at owned and operated events, small multi-client roundtables, etc.
- Activate LinkedIn’s thought leadership reports at customer events and through live conversation, including our Global Talent Trends Report.
- Give input into other areas of our experiences, including program strategy, event experience, and operations.
- Be able to align a live event content plan around audience strategy, customer needs, and business goals.

- You have a passion for and understand how to design content and conversations at the intersection of business priorities, industry trends, and customer interest.
