Our client, a rapidly growing direct-to-consumer wellness brand, is seeking an exceptional Vice President of Commercialization to drive strategic growth across all customer-facing aspects of the business. This critical leadership role will be instrumental in expanding market presence, innovating product lines, and scaling the business across e-commerce, wholesale, and emerging wellness channels.
Location: Twin Falls, ID - (Remote available, but must be based in ID)
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercialization strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead product innovation, identifying new market opportunities beyond core product lines
- Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations, including direct website and marketplace channels
- Expand wholesale and B2B partnerships in retail and wellness sectors
- Drive creative and marketing strategies to maintain market leadership
- Analyze sales data and customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Build and lead a high-performing team of 15-20 professionals
Requirements
- 10+ years of leadership experience in product development, e-commerce, sales, and marketing
- Proven track record of scaling businesses in consumer-facing industries
- Expertise in direct-to-consumer, Amazon, big box, and wholesale markets
- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional leadership skills with a collaborative management approach
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
