The Department Secretary works directly with the Director. The Primary Purpose of the position is to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.

Education required: High School Graduate or Equivalent.

Education preferred: College level work with business office experience

Abilities/skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Expertise in Word, Excel, CPSI, and power point software. Strong organizational skills. Ability to think independently, decisively, and with good judgment. Self-Motivated. Attentive to Detail. Creative problem solving, resourceful.
