Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Medical Case Coordinator to oversee the coordination of care for personal injury (PI) patients and manage relationships with our medical provider network. This role is critical in ensuring our PI clients receive timely and appropriate care while also maintaining and expanding our provider network. You will collaborate with case managers, sales teams, and medical providers to ensure effective communication and optimal patient outcomes. In addition, you will be responsible for tracking and managing accounts receivable and collections within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Department Operations: Oversee the department that assigns PI patients to appropriate medical providers.
- Maintain Provider Network: Ensure accurate mapping of the medical provider network and identify areas for network expansion.
- Case Coordination: Work closely with case managers to track where clients are receiving treatment and ensure continuity of care.
- Coverage Gap Analysis: Collaborate with the sales team to analyze and address coverage gaps in the provider network.
- Contract Negotiations: Manage the contracting process with new medical providers and add them to the network.
- CRM Management: Track provider network and patient information in the company’s CRM system for accurate reporting and follow-up.
- Accounts Receivable and Collections: Oversee and manage the department's accounts receivable, including collection efforts from medical providers.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in medical care coordination, network management, or personal injury case management.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems for tracking patient and provider data.
- Experience in contract management and network expansion is a plus.
- Knowledge of accounts receivable and collections processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with case managers, sales teams, and medical providers.
Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience in personal injury or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider networks and contracting.
- Ability to analyze coverage gaps and propose solutions.
