We’re looking for a highly-motivated, mission-driven, overachieving and passionate individual to join our growing healthcare organization as a Patient Intake Coordinator.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for initiating and developing relationships with prospective patients referred to Flow Therapy.
As an ambassador for both the company and the therapy, you will prioritize first impressions and personalization in your outreach approach to ensure that you Create Extraordinary Experiences for prospective patients as you encourage them to begin their journey to better health.
You will:
- Learn and demonstrate a fundamental understanding of our Enhanced External Counterpulsation (EECP) therapy, as well as Flow Therapy’s patient journey, to successfully manage and lead prospective patients to engage in our life-changing therapy, as well as overcoming prospect objections, to effectively communicate the value proposition of EECP.
- Execute a precise, systematic tempo of communication as you successfully contact and schedule referred patients for initial orientation appointments.
- Effectively leverage CRM software to capture, report, track, and manage activity for all referrals.
- Participate in weekly quality meetings to review and discuss development opportunities, and to achieve weekly and monthly KPI goals set by leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support in the optimization of the patient intake process, and to improve the overall patient experience.

About You:
- You’re an exceptional communicator with an enthusiastic, positive, energetic, and professional demeanor, and who loves to engage prospective patients via phone.
- You’re a lifelong learnerwho embraces the opportunity to learn and continuously develop your sales skills, your industry knowledge, your command of sales processes, and your insights into industry trends.
- You’re analytical with outstanding problem-solving capabilities, you thrive in rapidly changing, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments, and you embrace the challenges of new areas of improvement and growth.
- You’re impeccably organized and you have exceptional time management skills as well as tried-and-true method to prioritize and stay organized while managing a wide variety of priorities at the same time.
- You’re positive, persistent, and consumed by the idea of grit; you embody the ability to maintain your motivation and focus on achieving goals in the face of challenge or adversity.
- Although not required, preference will be given to candidates with a background as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or similar role.
